Is Ebola the new excuse for public racism?

Have you ever heard someone say "I wouldn't usually do this but...." And then they go ahead and do something ridiculous that makes you think.... Hmmmm... They would always have done this they just needed an excuse to not make them look bad? Well this is one of those situations in our opinion!
A source informed us that The Korean Times reported that a restaurant in Seoul (shown in the image) has brought in a new "No Africans Allowed" policy at their premises from 'fear of contracting the Ebola virus. The signs that were being displayed on the windows of the JR Pub, read "We apologize, but due to Ebola Virus, we are not accepting Africans at the moment'"
So here are our questions for them (feel free to answer them on their behalf in our comments section if you can shed some light)
1. Where did you read that Ebola Virus can ONLY be contracted and spread by Africans??? Are you letting everyone else in thinking that they cannot have it??? Slap yourself, you are foolish!
2. How will you determine the nationality and origin of all the people that come into your store? Passports? Some kind of African scanning device? A bell at the door that detects and shouts "African" when one walks through the door (like the one in the friday movies that says the 'N word'??? You decide...
3. Is this just black africans or white africans too?? How will you determine this????????
4. MAIN QUESTION: LETS BE HONEST, DID YOU JUST MEAN NO BLACKS AND USE EBOLA AS AN EXCUSE TO JUSTIFY YOUR RACISM???
Sickening really.... Did anybody say Apartheid, South Africa? Oh hell no... Not having it again for no-one, ebola or no ebola.... Unacceptable and unexplainably racist.
